#172 COLD EMPIRES | Aristocrazia Webzine

February is here,

And it has brought with it a new wave of rain and cold, meaning we can focus on a couple of very interesting black metal releases. First off, let's discover the solemn debut by the epic/atmospheric black metal combo Sojourner, "Empires Of Ash", published by the always reliable Italian label Avantgarde Music in 2016. Then, speaking of cold weather, we also reviewed the official debut by Belgian one man band Coldborn, "Lingering Voidwards".

At this point, it is time to move a bit further north in order to meet the emerging Danish folk metal output Huldre, that have impressed our Oneiros with their album "Tusmørke". And now for something completely different, the latest effort by Louisiana based Southern rock band Vermilion Whiskey, "Spirit Of Tradition", for fans of Clutch, Corrosion Of Conformity, and so on.

We are always active on our Facebook page, which you can also use in order to get in touch with us directly.
